The Irish Living History Society of Central Ohio is a non-profit, educational group which uses crafts such as blacksmithing, wood-turning, cooking and textile dyeing to demonstrate life in 11th century Ireland. History comes alive at Brian Boru's Ireland. Hear our herbalist talk about the medicinal uses of herbs or visit the abbey to learn about illuminated manuscripts. Smell bread baking in our clay oven or watch the cooks prepare a feast fit for a king. Our blacksmiths will be heating things up while our dyers make things colorful. Enjoy our lively battle reenactments and try on some chain mail before learning about handling ancient weaponry. See you at the
Dublin Irish Festival at Coffman Park, Dublin, Ohio.
